AMIRI offers a refined return process for items purchased online, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
Initiate Return
Visit the AMIRI Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Package
Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all signature tags and authenticity cards are included.
Attach Label
Affix the pre-paid digital shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized courier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed once our atelier verifies the item's condition.
